I didn’t get the confirmation email

The confirmation email usually arrives within a few minutes. It’s from Tom & Katie, Zapp English (english@zappenglish.com) and the subject is “Confirm your email address then download your welcome pack”. If you can’t see it:

• Look in your spam or junk folder, and in Gmail’s Promotions tab. Outlook and Hotmail sometimes file it as junk.
• Check the email address you typed. If it was wrong, just sign up again on the Email English page.
• Add english@zappenglish.com to your contacts, so our emails reach your inbox from now on.

We can only send the Welcome Pack once you’ve clicked the link in that email.
