I’ve stopped receiving your emails. Why?

There are a few possible reasons:

• The welcome emails have finished. After the emails we send when you first join, we write less often, when we have something new to share.
• They’re going to spam, or to Gmail’s Promotions tab. Add english@zappenglish.com to your contacts, and mark one of our emails as “not spam”.
• You unsubscribed by accident, with the link at the bottom of one of our emails. To come back, sign up again on the Email English page.
• Your email address has changed. See How do I change my email address?
