I didn’t get the email with my download

Gumroad sends your receipt, with the download link, a few minutes after you pay. If it hasn’t arrived:

1. Check your spam or junk folder, and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. Search your mailbox for “Gumroad” or “You bought”.
2. Check your other email addresses. If you paid with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the receipt often goes to the email address linked to that account.
3. Look up your purchase. On Gumroad’s purchase lookup page, enter your email address and the last four digits of your card (or your PayPal invoice number), and Gumroad sends the receipt again.

Still nothing? Contact us with the email address you think you used and the date you paid. We can find your order and send the receipt again, to the same address or a different one.
