How do I open the zip files?

The course and the Welcome Pack come as zip files: compressed folders holding the MP3 audio and PDF eBooks. When a zip has finished downloading:

• Windows: right-click the file, choose Extract All, then Extract.
• Mac: double-click the file. A folder with the same name appears next to it.
• iPhone or iPad: open the Files app, go to Downloads and tap the zip. It turns into a folder.
• Android: open Files by Google, find the zip in Downloads, tap it and choose Extract.

Inside are the audio files (MP3) and eBooks (PDF). The MP3s play in any music or media app, and the PDFs open in your web browser or any PDF reader.

Many packs include an instructions PDF, with a name like _INSTRUCTIONS_READ.pdf. It’s worth reading first.

If a PDF looks blank, open it in a PDF reader app, such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, instead of a quick preview.
