I bought a course years ago and lost the files. Can you send them again?

We’re very sorry, but we can’t offer a long-term backup service, or send new downloads of courses bought years ago. There are two reasons. Keeping the files stored and available to download costs us money every month. And older orders were made through shop systems we no longer use, so checking each one against our records takes a lot of time for a very small team.

What we can offer instead: if you bought from us more than 12 months ago, you can have 50% off the complete course, which includes every course we’ve made.

To ask for the discount, send us a support ticket with the details of your original order:

• your name
• the email address you used to buy
• the date of your purchase
• the transaction ID from your PayPal or Stripe receipt

We need to check these details against our records first, so we can only send a discount code once your original order is confirmed. The code goes to the email address you used for that order.
