How do I stop an old monthly payment plan?

We no longer sell monthly payment plans. They belonged to our old shop, which has closed.

If a monthly payment to Zapp! English still shows in your PayPal account, you can stop it yourself: log in to PayPal, open Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments, choose Zapp! English and cancel it.

If you think you were charged after your plan should have ended, contact us with the email address of your PayPal account and the transaction IDs of those payments.
