Can I get a refund?

Our courses are digital: as soon as you pay, the whole download is yours, so we don’t give refunds simply for changing your mind.

That’s why you can try the course first, for nothing. There are free example eBooks and audio from both levels on the course page, so you can check that the level and the style suit you before you spend anything.

If something has gone wrong with your purchase — you were charged twice, the files won’t download, or you bought the wrong version — write to us with the email address you used and the date of your purchase, and we’ll put it right.
