What level of English is the course for?

The course is for learners from pre-intermediate to advanced: roughly B1 to C1 on the Common European Framework (CEFR). Every class is built around a real, unscripted conversation, so learners just above or below that range still get a lot from it.

• Level 2 (pre-intermediate to intermediate, B1): vocabulary chosen to help you work towards Cambridge B1 Preliminary (PET), and useful as you start preparing for B2 First (FCE) or IELTS.
• Level 3 (upper-intermediate to advanced, B2–C1): helps you towards B2 First, IELTS and C1 Advanced (CAE).

There isn’t a level for complete beginners: if you’re just starting out, the real conversations will probably be too hard for now.
