My discount code doesn’t work

A few things to check:

• Type the code exactly as it appears in our email, in the discount code box at checkout, with no spaces before or after it.
• Check the date. Most of our codes last for a limited time, and the email or page they came from says when the offer ends.

If a code still doesn’t work while its offer is running, contact us with the code and tell us where you found it.
